The time during my college years, that frequent the gym almost every day, even though I spent much time working, the issue of overweight persisted for me. I practically live in the gym, which had very few friends who were not members of my health club. One of the disadvantages of joining a gym is that I spent most of my time to socialize with other members. The focus of my training was the bench press, I would try to get into interval training, running 30 minutes on the treadmill, and time permitting I would use the upper body supine cycle, elliptical machine is my favorite piece of workout equipment that has helped me achieve my fitness level increased, is one of the workouts that I tried to reach the end of each visit.
When I graduated from college, in my view the work, and staying physically fit has taken a drastic turn for the worse.
